Important Information

As soon as your order is packed and shipped you will receive an update from us with a tracking number. We always aim to get any orders placed before 12pm shipped the same day. However, this is not always possible & we ask you to allow two business days for dispatch.

Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent out the next business day.

Please make sure that the delivery address and recipient’s name for your order are accurate and complete (including the full business name if shipping to a work address) as we cannot make changes once your order has been placed. We are not responsible for any orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.

Delivery is considered complete once the goods have arrived at the delivery address you provided. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs after the items have been delivered.
