How do I check the status of my order?

Free delivery New Zealand wide!

As soon as your order is packed and shipped you will receive an update from us with a tracking number. We always aim to get any orders placed before 12pm shipped the same day. However, this is not always possible & we ask you to allow two business days for dispatch. 

Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm and orders made on on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the following Monday. (Unless public holiday)

How fast is the shipping and fulfilment?

New Zealand:
We send all our packages via New Zealand Post's overnight courier network, including deliveries to rural addresses. Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery to metropolitan areas and 3-5 working days for rural.

Australia:
We send our packages to Australia via Australian Post Express in partnership with New Zealand Post. We can ship to all addresses including PO Boxes via this method.
